Down the hall you will find Relaxation Room where we recommend you come back daily to feel more and more relaxed. On your right is the Resting Room where you will be guided through a few self-regulation techniques to feel more calm and rested. Right at the end of the hallway is the Regulation Room where we will help you understand more about anxiety, how it shows up, unshame the feelings, and teach you how to feel better right now!

Please make yourself comfortable and get acquainted with the space.

RELAXATION ROOM

Come in, find a place to get comfortable… you might want to wrap yourself in a blanket, make sure your back is supported, whether you’re lying down or sitting up. That’s right, just relax, let yourself feel supported by the surface beneath you. Earphones make the experience much better, so why not pop those on now. Let yourself relax as you listen…

RESTING ROOM

Welcome back, I’m glad you’ve made some time for yourself. We’ve got three techniques to help you feel calmer and more regulated. The more you practice these, the more you will notice things changing. These techniques are simple enough for you to do at home, any time, on your own. Everything you need to know is in the guidebook below…

REGULATION ROOM

This is where the main treatment session takes place. Be sure to block out the time in your schedule, about 2-hours, so you can really get into the material. Have with you a notebook and pen to jot down a few points, or ah-ha moments. Have a lovely beverage or some water to sip on, and make your space comfortable, get yourself comfortable. Let yourself be present here to learn and transform, to be free from anxiety…
