Self-Guided Hypnotherapy Session
Experience the transformative benefit of hypnotherapy! As you are guided through a safe and relaxing journey of self-discovery and transformation, it is important to know what to expect and how to prepare for the best outcome.
Firstly, take a moment to choose an aspect of your life that you’d like to explore and improve through this session. Whether it’s overcoming procrastination, boosting confidence, or addressing money blocks, your intention guides the process.
Before diving in, find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Set aside any distractions and ensure you’re in a relaxed state of mind, open to the potential for change and growth. Earphones also improve the experience significantly and be sure that you can regulate your temperature to not be too hot or too cold. I highly recommend to either sit or lie with your back supported, and with your arms and legs uncrossed to allow yourself to completely relax.
As you listen to the recording, you’ll be guided through a hypnotic induction, gently easing you into a state of deep relaxation. This induction serves as a gateway to your subconscious mind, where lasting change takes root.
While in hypnosis, you should expect to be awake, yet asleep, in a heightened sense of inner awareness. Throughout the session I will offer instructions for you to follow which are part of the process and assist in the transformation. You will be able to move, and speak while having this experience, you may even be aware of your surroundings, yet undistracted from what you might hear.

Recorded Integration Hypnosis
As you’ve learned, the brain learns with repetition and so an important part of my hypnotherapy practice is to equip my clients with the tools to achieve the best outcomes.
The recorded integration hypnosis is designed to listen to daily for a minimum of 21 days to truly program in your desired change. I suggest to listen either in the morning or evening, whichever suits your lifestyle best, and then after listening for the full 21 days, you can listen whenever you feel you need to reinforce.
Ideally you should listen sitting or lying with your back supported, with headphones, and no interruptions. Certainly, do not listen to this recording while driving, or requiring full consciousness.
