Preparing Your Space

Prepare your space by finding a quiet place for the next hour or so. Have with you a pen and paper and be sure that you are comfortable and are able to relax with your back supported, either lying down or sitting up.

It is best to use earphones to be truly immersed in the experience and be sure to switch your phone to silent and let your family know that you would prefer no distractions. This is sacred time with yourself.
