  • Decide on when during the day you will commit to listening. Mornings or evenings are best since the brain naturally goes into the same brainwaves as hypnosis when we are near our usual sleep cycle (mornings and evenings).
  • Make sure during that time you will be uninterrupted, so let your family know that this is your time to yourself – because you deserve it.
  • Get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, making sure that your back is supported.
  • It is recommended to listen using earphones so that you can get into a relaxed state more easily.
  • If you fall asleep while listening, that is totally fine, and if you would prefer to be awake while listening, perhaps change your position to being more upright.
  • I highly recommend you commit to at least 21 consecutive days of listening, and if you miss a day, don’t give up, simply pick up where you left off – because you are worth it.
