I get it, you are tired, and you’re tired of being tired. Everything just feels meh. You can’t seem to gain traction with anything whether it be in your relationships, your career, or your health – everything seems overwhelming, nothing is working, and you feel stuck.
You find yourself procrastinating, constantly stalling on things that you generally do (or maybe did) enjoy, and you are most certainly procrastinating on going after the things you want, or do you still want that, who knows. You’re lacking that drive, that fire, that spunk that you had, almost as though as you’ve gotten older, you find yourself being less sure of who you are and what you want. This uncertainty starts to gnaw away creating a constant hum of anxiety… “Am I good enough? Have I done enough? Is this right? Am I ok?” seem to be the soundtrack of your life as these questions and constant background narrative bring up logically unfounded feelings of imposter syndrome. Self esteem seems to be only reserved for those who don’t really give a shit about what anyone thinks, and right now everyone seems to be kinda touchy, and your people pleasing perfectionist cannot deal with being controversial right now! And confidence… gosh is anyone really confident these days unless they’re young, beautiful, and have a ton of money?
Why is life so difficult for some and not others,
Is anyone even enjoying life at the moment,
Is fulfillment and happiness truly available?
It feels kinda helpless sometimes, right?
It’s as though you feel like the remote-control car on Toy Story that ran out of batteries while Woody and Buzz were chasing to get onto the moving van. That moment of defeat when they all slump down in the middle of the road coming to the realisation that they may never reunite with their beloved Andy and the other toys.
The story of course ends happily after Woody had the idea to light the rocket that the crazed toy-torturer-kid, Sid had strapped to Buzz’s back – you now may be wondering whether you will discover a rocket to send you to living happily…
You may have even tried a few things after being told that this was the fast rack to success, this is how you handle anxiety, self care is the answer to feeling more energized, better-quality sleep, change your diet, exercise more, have more fun, feel more relaxed, more, more, more, more, more…
And yet with all of the additions you still don’t feel better, you’re still not fulfilled, you’re still not happy. You’re just as tired, anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, bored, irritated, sad, unfulfilled, scared as you’ve ever been.
So why would working with me be any different?
I don’t want to guarantee that you will be healed after 6 weeks, I don’t want to say you can expect these changes in just one session, I don’t think it’s fair to assume that you will get the exact same results as every other client and case study I’ve worked with.
I want to work with you, as the individual that you are to take as long, or as little as you need to get the support and change that YOU want.
Who knows, you might be healed after 1 week, you might only see changes after 6 sessions, and you could very well get loads of different incredible results that none of my other clients have had yet.

To be honest, I don’t really know. Maybe it isn’t different. But what I can assure you is that working with me will help you to feel more human. I come with a suite of tools, techniques, and therapies that we use together to bring you the outcomes that you want. I teach you how to use these techniques outside of our sessions to empower you to be your own best coach. I facilitate change work that integrates thoughts, feelings, and body experiences to show lasting change, and if something doesn’t work, or works differently to what we expected, we try again. My goal is to guide you to you, alchemise your authentic self, bring them forth, and un-shame the parts of you exiled to never see the light of day again. I work with you, using curiosity as our guide to find your magic, to define your mission, and empower you to own your success.
